工作内容:
1. Develop models for multi-variate time series prediction of UA marketing outcomes and fine-tune algorithms for accurate forecasting.
2. Design methodologies to measure KOL advertising campaign performance and analyze data, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
3. Conduct exploratory data analysis, identify patterns and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
4. Stay updated on ML trends, propose innovations, and adapt to evolving challenges.
岗位要求:
1. Currently enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, machine learning, computer science, math, etc.
2. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: machine learning & statistical learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, recommendation system, and any other data science related domains; Have rich practical experience.
3. Preferably, experience in the game industry, with a focus on User Acquisition (UA) and marketing.
4. Proficient in Python or other related programming languages.
5. Have a good team spirit and strong communication skills.
