1.College graduated above. Major in Engineering.

大专以上学历。工科专业。

2. Minimum 3 years engineering experience, a technical background particularly in the  fastenings and joining parts or relevant components.

至少3 年以上的紧固件及连接件或相关产品的工程技术经验。

3. Be familiar with the process of fastenings.

熟悉紧固件及连接件的生产工艺。

4. Strong skills of coordination and communication.

良好的合作及沟通能力。

5. Self-motivated and strong self-learning capability.

有较强的自主性和自学能力。

6. Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer application, especially AutoCAD and Creo.

较强的英语听说读写能力，熟练掌握计算机操作，尤其是AutoCAD和Creo.

7. Willing to travel for business and trained in foreign country.

能适应出差以及国外培训。

8. Teamwork spirit.

有良好的团队合作精神。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

1. Drawing exchange and product recommendation according to customers’ requirement.

图纸转化，根据客户要求推荐解决方案。

2. Technical support to sales all over China to deal with fastener application. 

技术支持中国区域内的销售人员处理相关紧固件产品的应用问题。

3. To improve the technical ability of sales team.

提高销售团队的技术能力。

4. Technical support quality department deal with our products quality issue about products application. 

支持质量部门处理我公司产品在客户应用中的质量问题。

5. Frequently visit customers with sales to support and do technical seminar and introduce our company products & relate fastener application knowledge at customer design center. 

定期与销售人员拜访客户, 支持销售端开发客户，在客户的研发中心组织技术研讨会，介绍我公司的产品及相关紧固件的应用知识。

6. Follow up customer new project of fasteners, onsite technical support including parameter optimization for customer fastener solution. 

跟踪客户新项目中相关紧固件的事宜，现场技术支持客户有关紧固件的优化解决方案。

7. In cooperation with Quality department for lab tests of related fastener applications in Laboratory.

在质量部门的协助下做相关紧固件应用的实验。

8. Give technical advice to the customers.

为客户做出技术建议。

9. File management according to company workflow.

根据工作流程进行相关文件整理归档。

10. Good expression, good personality, make the customer know our parts.

性格开朗，良好的表达能力，使客户理解产品的应用。

11. Promote brand awareness of Böllhoff in the responsible area.

维护并扩大博尔豪夫品牌影响力。

12. Other tasks assigned by superior.
